Arrangements for the day: The workshop will be in the lovely setting of St Mary's Church with it's good accoustic and fine organ.  We have access to the adjacent Church Centre throughout the day where there are toilets and a kitchen as well as a comfortable area for refreshments. There is plenty of free parking (including 3 disabled spaces) in the Church car park - see the 'find us' tab on this website for how to get here.  The Church is accessible to wheelchair users via a moveable ramp and there are accessible toilets in the Church Centre. Seating for the workshop will be in church pews but we can provide wheelchair spaces or standard chairs for those who need them. For lunch there are limited opportunities locally so we suggest bringing a packed lunch.  There are lovely park areas opposite if the weather is nice enough for a picnic or the church centre is available if not. There are 2 convenience stores within 5 mins walk if you forget your sandwiches, and the cafe at the historic Shaw House next door might be open (but check nearer the time!)  We will update on arrangements as the event gets closer.
